HOW IT WORKS
1. Pre-order online from our vendor marketplace
Order online until midnight before the festival on September 12th. We will have the option for day of sales, but we encourage people to pre-order for quicker and safer pick up. While you don’t need a ticket for the festival to order, registering gets you access to our festival programming and vendor specials.
2. Drive-Thru/Walk-Thru Pre-ordered Pick up
Starting at 10am on September 12th people will be able to pick up their orders on the West side of Gold Ave and 3rd st downtown. Drive-Thru customers enter from the Southwest side and Walk-Thru customers from the Northwest side. Please wear masks on arrival and check in at the welcome tent to give the staff your order info. Drive or walk through the vendor prep area and meet your assembled order at the pick up tents on the East side of Gold Ave and 2nd st. Please check your order before leaving and pull into the parking lot on Southwest corner if there is any issue with your order. Last pick up of the day at 5:30, 30 minutes before festival closing.
3. Drive-Thru/Walk-Thru day-of Pick-up
While we encourage people to pre-order for quicker and safer pick-up, people will be able to order from the festival vendors the day of the festival. Those ordering day of should check in at the welcome tent. Festival staff will show day-of customers where to browse vendor products on our website and ask them to place an order with a smart device or select their order and place order with festival staff. For drive-thru customers you will then proceed to the 2nd and Gold Ave side of the festival area for purchase pick-up. Walk-thru customers similarly can check in at the welcome tent and place a day of order with a smart device or with the festival staff and then proceed to the pick up tent at the East side of Gold Ave and 2nd st.
4. COVID-19 Safety Policies
We seek to bring everyone an enjoyable and safe festival, and take the public health risks from COVID-19 very seriously. All those driving or walking thru to pick-up their purchases will be required to wear proper face coverings (festival staff will have face covering available if customers need) and to maintain 6 feet social distance. Festival staff and vendors will also be required to wear face coverings and maintain 6 feet social distance. We will have hand sanizing stations at all of the check in and order pick-up booths. No seating will be available and festival staff will encourage customers not to crowd or congregate in festival area, and no samples will be available from vendors.
