The New Mexico Prickly Pear Festival will feature vendors selling prickly pear products, ready to eat as well as prepared foods, drinks, art, and crafts. Vendor products are available through our online marketplace or through pick up at our Drive-Thru market (where you can pre-order via our website or choose from our vendor menu the day of).
